  2. Pitch Design: For organisations that recognise the decision carries higher risk and want more active support to ensure the process delivers a clear and defensible outcome. Includes everything in Pitch Sense Check, plus: Pitch design and planning, brief development support, evaluation framework design, chemistry and presentation observation with structured feedback.
  3. Pitch Steward: For organisations facing a high stakes or transformational agency decision. Includes everything in the first two tiers, plus: End-to-end process management, stakeholder alignment sessions with senior decision makers, commercial and scope review, appointment and transition support.
