At The Pitch Doctors, we provide comprehensive support for your pitch team, ensuring they are thoroughly prepared for major tier-one pitches. Our services range from short workshops focusing on specific elements of the pitching process to complete co-management of the entire pitch. We tailor our approach to fit your unique needs, all designed to prepare you for success. 

Three pitch support options

We recognise that not all pitches are created equal. One size does fit all situations and that's why we have developed three core levels of support, each based on the various stages of the pitch process.


  1. Pitch Power-up: a lite touch option for agencies with solid internal capability who want experienced, external eyes on a critical pitch without over‑engineering the process.  
  2. The Confidence Booster: For agencies who recognise that tighter support is needed, perhaps to overcome pitching inertia, low confidence or inconsistent win‑rates on bigger opportunities.   
  3. The Pitch Co-pilot: For agencies fully committing to win a high‑value, game‑changing pitch opportunity where the outcome materially affects future growth.  

what do we cover?

Each of our three support packages are individually designed to support you with specific challenges you might be facing throughout the pitch journey.  These can include some or all of the following stages of the pitch:


  • Review of the brief: Stress‑testing your understanding of the brief.
  • Discovery audit: Review of decision‑maker mapping, lines of contact, underlying business drivers and confirmation of pitch and campaign expectations.  
  • Pitch plan creation / review: Independent review of timelines, milestones and approach.
  • Research / insights review: Independent analysis of the research conducted, interpretation of the brief and discovery of its “hidden truth”, ensuring insight is sharp and relevant.
  • Strategy review: Working session(s) to shape the strategic and creative approach, ensuring it is tightly aligned to the prospect's priorities and is differentiated.
  • Narrative development: Hands‑on work with your team to sharpen the strategic story, strengthen relevance and clarify your point of difference.  
  • Budget setting: Guidance on structuring and presenting budgets to demonstrate commercial acumen and alignment with procurement and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Measurement audit: Assessment of the proposed evaluation framework to ensure metrics clearly link to business outcomes.
  • Rehearsal session(s): A live pitch simulation, with James acting as a senior‑client proxy, to test story flow, roles, chemistry and Q&A handling under realistic pressure.  
  • Debrief: Actionable feedback and recommendations on structure, tone, team dynamic and next‑step preparation ahead of the final meeting and subsequently post pitch.
